@Adam+Arscott & @M79 with well over 5 milion broadband customers it is a certainty that several thousand will have list their connection at any one time for any of a huge range of reasons. To check your own connection log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and use tgecsevice checker. Annoyingly it takes up to an hour to pick up a lost connection but once it does it can walk you through some checks and offer to book an engineer.

Where customersxarecon partial gibre frequent line drops van be an issue which tge systems managing yhe linecshould deal with which takesca few days it is only where the system has reached its limits that Openreacchbwill normally send an engineer.
