Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi, since around early June I have been having repeated issues with my WiFi, it is constantly dropping in and out every few minutes or so.
recently an engineer was sent out to fix an issue outside of the property which temporarily improved the dropping out but the connection itself was poor, any kind of online gaming was experiencing lag and packet loss.
today again it has dropped out spontaneously and despite following all the troubleshooting steps and resetting the router also I continue to have orange lights on the router box and poor signal.
it is also making working from home very difficult as meetings and calls are constantly dropping out.
thank you!
