No WiFi reaching devices

I have all green lights on my hub however and the speed test on My Sky shows 513mbps. the doorbell however will not connect and speed tests on my phone and tablet show 13mbps. Why can't I get wifi from my hub to my devices?

Yes. Doorbell has been losing connection for ages and is now right next to the hub and my phone but no joy

My wifi has now suddenly reconnected but it's constantly dropping in and out. No issues upstairs through the booster but downstairs can become a dead zone quite often

Does anyone have a number to talk to a human rather than constantly being directed here.

Sick of having no WiFi downstairs or anywhere near the router

150 from a Sky Talk landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it is the free number to call Sky on.
