      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer of Sky Broadband. Just few minutes ago, my router was blinking orange and was fast. No connection at all. When I checked the app using my data, it showed no issues at all; no area connection down or any issues locally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does this mean? It is frustrating as for someone using the internet at all times for work purposes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
