You'd have to contact them I'm afraid although unless there is an unknown fault somewhere, no other Open Reach supplier will be able to better it I'm afraid. Is a 4G/5G broadband service a possibility for you?

I'm in a Norfolk town that's only got fttb yet you go to a small seaside Heacham village and they've got virgin full fibre.

I'll just have to put up with it I suppose.

Never had any problems when I was with now TV but hey ho that's progress for ya

Virgin puts down its own cabling: they don't use the national Openreach network. As such they can choose where they want to deploy their investment for maximum financial return.

The target point for the end of the commercial phase of the Openreach rollout is December this year, by which point full-fibre should be within reach of around 85% of addresses.

That should give you at least 30-50Mbps.
