      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since an engineer came out to change us to full fibre 4 weeks ago, the WiFi doesn’t stay on for longer than an hour before resetting and then spending periods off time offline. In the last few days it's spent more time offline with the internet light currently not on at all and the voice light orange&lt;/P&gt;</description>
