ONT Shift for returning customers

Looking to return to Sky but need the ONT box moved before commencing service not merely a re-activation, can this be sorted in the period between signing up and services commencing?

For clarity I don't have the option of temporarily using the old ONT box due to changes within the home

You would need to speak to Sky about this as usually the ONT has to be near where the cable comes into your property so give them a call to see what they say.

Thanks, that's my precise issue need to move the entry point for the ONT

Looking for other's experience of making arrangement for the ONT to be moved in the period between committing to Sky and actual commencement of the contract.

I suspect there's no mechanism for achieving that: at an address where there's already an ONT, no installer is going to be assigned.

Once the broadband service is active on a Sky subscription it should become possible to request them to book an ONT relocation.
