Poor connection when gaming

Hi there, I've been with sky for 6 months now without issues until today. Despite my connection being stable when watching tv, browsing my phone. Whenever I try to play any games online I get constant spikes in lag. I've spoken to EA about this and they say it's a data routing issue from Sky's end. Would appreciate a response when possible.

This is a customer helps customer forum so if you want a response from Sky you will need to call them.

My bad must've misunderstood, would appreciate any others replying to see if they've had similar issues

The best option by far for computers or consoles, especially when gaming, is to use an ethernet cable to the router.
