If you feel you need higher speeds (80Mb/s is actually ample for most apps) you need to improve your home's WiFi or use Ethernet cables.       <description>&lt;P&gt;We signed up to fast fibre 500 last year and it's stated that if it drops below 500 we will get it sorted and money back or free what ever the time frame of the low service that was garanteed I have spoke to a agent few months back mabey more about this since we have had it it's not been 500mps it's always been 70-80 mbs I've screen shoted every month showing and saying not problem our end , when I spoke to ur colleague he was ment to ring me back and said he would sort this since doing so we have been paying 50 plus every month for this fast 500 and not getting it and it states if it doesn't match the 500 mbs you will refund or exchange please get back to us as it's become a real problem and tbh a very bad let down on your behalf!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
