WiFi isnt connecting to Internet

I just got my WiFi sorted out (putting in a new fibre box in my wall to connect to the WiFi box) I've waited an hour (now over 12 hours) and still isnt working. The box has a red light on it (the ALARM) The box last night (DATA) isnt on And there is a red light thats flashing (PON) The only light on is the top one (POWER) This has resulted in my actual WiFi box looking like this: Power - green Internet - off WiFi - green Voice - orange I cant do anything and i have restarted it and even unplugged to replug after a while. Went to the same result. Someone help me??

Not sure what you mean by this so when is your activation date, is it today ?

Yes my activation date was that day. I was told it would work after an hour.

Now been overnight and it still says connected without internet...
