I have had an email from Sky offering me a free upgrade as my broadband is not working as it should but theres no way of responding tot he email to accept it? Please can a Sky customer advisor contact me?

That will not happen @hilsbs as we are customers here so if you are sure this email is actually from Sky then give them a call.

The only upgrades that Sky are doing are those to upgrade to fibre.

Many thanks, but every time I have posted here a sky assistant has contacted me so hoping for the same!
