topic No broadband in Broadband

An engineer visited this morning and got the WiFi working temporarily but it has gone off again almost instantly on his departure. He said the problem is pole 1 or 2 outside the property. Please can someone help. I rely heavily on WiFi for work and even calls as phone signal is awful.

Hi @BeckyNorth

If the pole is the issue then only Openreach can solve that problem. You would need to contact Sky again and get another engineer booked. You may be able to do this by running the line test if it detects the fault.
