We need the white ended lan to purple ended cable but have been given a LAN to LAN (both white ends) and so cannot plug into our sky max box. I've looked for a contact for Sky everywhere and cannot find one and have also tried the chat bot but not helped. Any suggestions?

Is this to an ONT box for full fibre as that just needs a lan or ethernet cable, the colour doesn't matter.

Hi @Alyssa2 Just checking that you know that the colours are not important, it is the type of plug that is. If you are plugging in your Sky Q TV box into the Router then you need an Ethernet patch lead, RJ45 to RJ45.
