Press and hold innthe wps button on the Q box for a few seconds until the led starts flashing then go to your Sky hub and do the same they should connect in under a minute.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Incorrect Password - despite being previously connected</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q box is saying I cannot connect to the Network as the password is incorrect, despite it being previously connected.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; have gone through all the steps, more than once, and the Box still won't accept the password.&amp;nbsp; The TV is a smart TV and is connected to the broadband, so there is no problem there.&amp;nbsp; All other devices are connected via broadband, all on the same password.&amp;nbsp; I just cannot access my Sky package via the internet - all I have is the Sky Satalite bit.&amp;nbsp; I have had the Box for just over 5 years - do I need a new box please?&amp;nbsp; I do not have a RESET option either on the Menu screen and there is no System Management option either. Thank you .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
