Playstation 5 connection problems (IPv6)

Anybody know how to solve PS5 connection problem with Ipv6 on new Sky broadband hub? Have unchecked "IPv6 enable" box on my router LAN settings as advised by Playstation but still hasn't fixed.

Have you lowered the security setting from WPA3 to WPA2 in the MySky app (presuming this is a Sky Max hub BTW).

@Craig1973 Another couple of things to try if that doesn't help is to disable Sky broadband Shield entirely.

Finally if no success try changing the DNS server used by the Playstation.

In the Set Up Internet Connection menu, press Options on your network and choose Advanced Settings.

Select DNS Settings and switch it to Manual.

Set Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare).

Set Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4 (Google) or 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare).

Thanks for the advice. Actually it turned out changing the Wifi frequency from 5Hz to 2.4 Hz on the ps5 has sorted it even with Ipv6 on.

Good, sounds like a weak WiFi signal. You'll perhaps be aware that 2.4Ghz has the longer range but 1/10th of the speed (and much more congestion) than the 5Ghz band. So if the connection proves less than satisfactory then I'd recommend either plugging an ethernet cable between the PS5 and router (the best option by far for any heavy download device), maybe a relocation of the router, a replacement 3rd party router or a mesh system and dump the weedy WiFi that you get on all ISP routers entirely.
