The hub connects to an incoming line either through a phone socket or if you have a new full fibre connection an ONT which is normally a white box with lights screwed to the wall.       <title>Modem not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to plug in the broadband cable into the modem and it does not work. It's an old green one I think so I can't plug it into the purple socket and every time I try to login to the Wi-Fi there's a pop-up and it says sky fix Wi-Fi and then reset it and it's like a pop-up as soon as I press the Internet so I don't know it just doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
