This is the second time in a week its gone off. This time its been off and on 4 times in the last hour. App is useless as its says everything if fine when bits not

Mine is off as well, reset it and unplugged it a few times already and it still keeps dropping out! I have Sky Mobile too and that's also acting up!

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
