You might want to give Sky a call about this as it might be the hub is faulty as that shouldn't be happening.

My broadband keeps dropping off. The whole router seems to go dead. After unplugged and plugged in again it works for a short while then goes off again. Checked diagnostics and it says its all good....which obviously isn't. This has only happened since we contacted sky and they are sending out an engineer to install full fibre but that isn't until the end of the month. My daughter streams and husband works from home so don't really need this happening

Do all the lights go out when this happens as it might be an issue with it if it does.
