<title>topic Sky max pod not connecting in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Sky-max-pod-not-connecting/m-p/5293105#M570606</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Moved house a little while ago and moved our Sky broadband with us. The router that worked fine in a bigger house barely works in the new house, the signal is poor close to it and nonexistent at the back of the house or upstairs. We contacted Sky and went through a heap of troubleshooting before they talked me into WiFi max, which apparently goes through the same router. The only difference we noticed with this was the cost, the WiFi is still dropping out and still doesn't reach the back or upstairs rooms. Contacted Sky again, went through troubleshooting again, and this time they sent a max pod. I've plugged it in and manually added it to my account but it won't connect and has a red light. It is showing on my device list but says offline. I've reset my router, I've unplugged the pod for a while and tried it again, I've left it on a few hours to see if changes, I've tried to connect it several times but it still has a flickering red light. Can someone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
