Just fitted a booster which helps down stairs but need another one for upstairs.

process takes so long, really not happy and I'm paying for all this fast speed but not receiving it

Assuming you have 'WiFi Max', you can only get a booster by going through the Service Checker first. More information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-max-guarantee

You can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link for other available options.

You are paying for speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub.

Beyond that, the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' is for a whole 25Mbs
