topic Fibre Broadband issues....... in Broadband

recently (last few months) had the broadband changed to fibre (wasn't present when it was done, but engineer sorted it all with my partner at home).

Seemed to be working though in recent weeks, it seems to be dropping the connection, then reconnecting while showing that it has "limited connectivity".

I appreciate that it could be a hardware issue, but have no idea what or where to start looking to see if I can work out whether it's PC/network issues, or broadband/fibre issues.

Could anyone point me in the right direction of what or where to look to try and diagnose ?

@big-john

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
