    <description>This has been off since 3..30am yesterday. Green light orange light green light orange light on router. Spoke to sky who said engineer would be in touch. Have reset sky box and ont/router numerous times. App saying no faults but sky box says connected to router but not to Internet. This has been intermittent since I had full fibre onto box fitted. Getting nowhere at all when I contact sky. Any ideas what else I can try before I ring and cancel my subscription</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
