If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi seems to be down again. I had engineers out the other week and it appeared to be okay but it's started playing up again. There's an amber light on the WiFi and voice. I've restarted it all but the same keeps appearing. The app says everything is working fine but on my end, nothing seems to be working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
