My WiFi keeps going off and then back on and when its on its super slow and every few mins it goes off again

When it goes off what lights are lit on your broadband hub ?

The 1st and 3rd lights are still on. The 2nd amd 4th lights are either off of amber/orange. Everytime I do and health check via my sky app it picks up an issue but then all 4 lights come back green and I have to restart all over again 🤦‍♂️

Thank you for your help, its the same test that I've been doing via the app for weeks but via your link it's offered me the option for an engineer to come out that I've now booked. I'll let you know how I get on, thanks again
