      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky q box is not connecting to my internet even though all the checks say everything looks good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;have I tried everything, switching internet on and off switches boxes on and off and resetting connections... it just keeps disconnecting again... I am not able to watch any recording or download anything and it is driving me crazy now trying to fix it, something is not right and I need help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
