    <description>&lt;P&gt;Run the broadband diagnostic first either online or via the MySky app and click the wifi option when it's finished. If everything comes up as OK then have a look at the 2nd link to see if that helps.       <title>Sky Q will not connect to the wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The sky Q box keeps losing the connection to the sky router. I have done everything the box says, reset the WiFi, turned it off at the mains etc etc. it connects for a moment then loses the connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
