topic Sky Ultimate TV deal with Broadband in Broadband

I tried to rejoin Sky and get the new Sky Puck ultimate Tv deal with Broadband but was told to call Sky. The gentleman I spoke to said it was because my region wasn't fibre ready even though I have had fibre for a few years. He also mentioned that Openreach might not have updated for my area and so I checked Openreach fibre checker and my address is listed as having fibre. How can I resolve this, please ?

Only your current supplier would normally be able to contact OR on your behalf, so if it's not Sky at the moment it may be better to see if your current ISP can upgrade you (even if it's a new contract) and let them sort it out.

https://www.openreach.com/

https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/where-when-building-ultrafast-full-fibre-broadband

https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-availability---customer-form
