Nothing but problems with.New Sky Max Router

Upgraded to the new box on Friday and I've had nothing but problems since.

Saturday I spent an hour on the phone to sky trying to sort out the issues but couldn't so now waiting on an engineer visit.

Can't load anything on our phones just keeps buffering or not loading.

Sky mini boxes keep losing connection yet the service checker is saying no issues.

Sky won't let me down grade back to our old black router. I can't believe I was stupid enough to think this would work any better than the old one.

Can't cancel and leave unless I pay £675.

So upset and angry right now 😟
