      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to get Netflix, You Tube etc I am getting a signal saying 'no internet connection'. I have tried all the things they say I should do / switch off wait and switch back on, press the side button on my router etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would like an engineer to call please as my hubby and I are OAPs and get a bit muddled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
