Mine is the same, been dipping on and off all day. Now none of the mini boxes will work. Only had this since Friday when I upgraded to the New white Max Router , absolute rubbish. Sky said I can't downgrade back to the old black router either.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
