      <description>Mine is the same, been dipping on and off all day. Now none of the mini boxes will work. Only had this since Friday when I upgraded to the New white Max Router , absolute rubbish. Sky said I can't downgrade back to the old black router either.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If nothing shows then try this line test:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
