    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got an engineer booked for the 29th. It's the only day I could get off work this month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any way to book a Saturday appointment before then? Whenever I try to reschedule, it won't let me pick a Saturday. I don't mind paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm giving Sky nearly £50 this month for zero service. Will it be cheaper to just cancel my contract and sign up again as a new customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky wouldn't allow that. You have to be away for 18 &amp;nbsp;months before you are classed as a new customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
