Thexeasiest way tondo that is by looking at the lights on your Sky hub and following the guide here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

You can cancel Sky Briadband free of charge for the first 31 days. However if there is an issue with the line that is likely to movecwith you tonany isp using the same line. WiFi coverage is not really guaranteed by any ISP as it depends on the layout if your home and how it is built. If you do plan toneirk from homecspending some money to get better coverage could becaxsendible investment. Many homes need more tgan a single WiFi source.

I am trying to work from home for the first time since I had my new wifi installed at my new property, however, the WiFi from sky is unfit for purpose as it doesn't work from more than 15 minutes at a time, keeps cutting out, doesn't let me take video calls as it freezes, and it doesn't work in my upstairs bedroom. If you cannot resolve this I would like to explore what the costs are to cancel and move to a another provider please? It's now preventing me from doing my job

Just to point out @DanniKnight we are customers here who help each other.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
