Openreach don't speak directly to the end customer. They only 'liaise' with the ISPs such as Sky. You need to contact Sky to see if they have any update.

So we have been waiting nearly 18 months for a new fibre connection to our house. We seem to live in no mans land of 2 fibre networks. Openreach, although they won't inform us of anything, seem to think they need to dig up our neighbours garden top get us connected but, having been shown a map of the fibre routes in fron of our house, I discussed connecting the 2 networks with a new cable about 4m long which would allow us to get conencted easily. That was 2 months ago and no-one from Openrach turned up on the 16th May at the appointment they created!

There is no way of contacting openreach. No way of getting an update. We just have to sit and wait... we don't even live in a rural setting. We're in Surrey, next to a main road. How hard does this have to be?? All we see is Openreach vans passing by or stopping at the nearby shops for a sandwich.

Does anyone know who is in charge of this rabble?
