Since yesterday I've been having issues working from home. My employer uses FortiClient VPN. I've never had any major issues until yesterday.

The key issue is when I connect to the VPN, I cannot access the internet on my work laptop. However, the moment I disconnect from the VPN I can access the internet.

The trouble is, I need to be connected to the VPN to access our databases. I understand there have been numerous issues in the past between Sky and FortiClient.

I've tried contacting Sky directly and the line appears to be absolutely awful with all the representatives sounding robotic with silly levels of interference to the point we can't understand each other.

Does anyone else have a recommendation or a solution?
