I've just had sky fibre installed.

Outside looks like pics

Does not look finished to me, no protective box,

What about rainwater n frost, surely it needs protecting from elements.

basically, cable goes into outside wall held in by clear silicone

looks vulnerable to elements, surely this is not correct

Inside all installed up and running so unable to ask engineer as he won't be back

No plastic box outside protecting cable !!

The entry point typically isn't 'boxed' but it may have a circular plastic cap.
