      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my Sky WiFi/router hasn't worked since last night. The service checker says everything is ok, but the router isn't even visible on any of our devices, so we can't connect at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the power is on and working to the router, there aren't any lights on the router to says there is an issue, but all of the previously connected devices have no connection and cannot find our WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
