Our 'super fast' broadband is not working all round our house. The router is in a front room and it doesn't even reach our sky box in a back room which only has 2 doors between it. It doesn't reach upstairs either. The viewing of our tv is not possible and we're paying for sky.

how can this be resolved?

@Jessmorton wrote:

I've done all the tests and it says connection looks good and speed ok. It it just doesn't reach around my 3 bedroom home?

One option would be the Sky WiFi Max add-on at £6 for a 24 month contract (and yes, it will extend everything else) which can add up to 3 wifi extender pods.

They will send upon request one wifi max pod extender which should be placed halfway between the router and the weak spot in your wifi network (the router is best placed in a central position perhaps). If you need more they'll send out an engineer who can check and advise the best setup and positioning for your particular home environment. They will fit extra pods if needed for up to a total of 3 pods.

I you'll need to contact them to request the 1st pod when signed up for the add-on

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Personally I'd recommend a 3rd party mesh system and turning off the Sky hub wifi, a TP-Link 2 or 3 pack wifi 6 system is available on the likes of Amazon for £100 up. This carries the huge advantage that you can just plug it into any future suppliers router (some can plug straight into the broadband connection) without having to change anything else including devices setup on wifi.
