Yes happens to us as well. Usually at weekend, late in the evening. App says everything is fine but it's not... really annoying!

So, every Saturday evening, around 9:20pm the Wifi cuts out, this happens every week while watching TV

Does anyone else have this problem?

That would be extremely unlikely. For a recurring fault at a specific time on a specific day of the week I think you should be looking for a very particular local factor: perhaps an individual item of electronic equipment which is only used then.

It's also worth noting that this isn't necessarily going to be at your address.

Our sky box disconnects from the wifi often on a Saturday night. Broadband checker says nothing wrong with the broadband band and when you check WiFi it says can't give us information on this connection. Just happened now so can only watch live tv

As @TimmyBGood points out faults do not run to a schedule so the most likely cause is interference which can knock out a partial fibre connection so all devices including those using ethernet are affected. This does not apply to full, fibre connections. Findingbthe cause can be extremly difficult but possibleccsuses can be a faulty microwave, a sparking switch a faulty TV etc etc. Most likely it is close by in the property but it could be anywhere between the property and tge fibre cabinst.

Ours is just the sky box. My partner is able to continue to watch his program on his iPad and if we have the app on our tv I log in and continue watching. It's when I download through catch up it affects me.
