    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4694859"&gt;@Catyb1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the Shield requires use of the default settings on the hub ie not using a VPN or a third party DNS service that said normally Sky's Broadband Shield is fairly effective as the grading of sites is done by an external specialist supplier. However any filter is never going to be 100% effective as sites seek to avoid limitations.       <title>broadband shield not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently joined sky broadband and i have used the Mysky App to the filter "suitable for teens and older" as i want to block sexually explicit content.&amp;nbsp; However I have tested it and those sites have not been blocked.&amp;nbsp; It has been over 48 hours now and still not working.&amp;nbsp; What can I do to resolve this?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
