Sky Max WiFi Extender

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request sky max pods. My WiFi signal is poor in parts of my home and I'd like to request some pods. I have tried the bot assistant and calling and cannot get through to a person to enable me to get these ordered. I cannot access WiFi in parts of my home and it is becoming frustrating. Does anyone know how I can actually talk to someone to get this resolved.

You can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link for another number.
