Sky Max Pod Request

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request sky max pods. My WiFi signal is poor in parts of my house and I'd like to request some pods, but can't find where to place that request.

@Acciesforever you need to talk to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. @_Claire I have the same problem. I was told that once my broadband was activated to call back to request 2 pods. Sky were told when I ordered that no matter who supplied the broadband 2 boosters were always needed.

Now my service is active, they have said that only one can be sent and and engineer is needed for the second.

This is a waste of time as I am well aware where I need to place the boosters. I am seriously considering switching back to EE.
