    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3526080"&gt;@james+.cra&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;couple of suggestions the first is if the hub is white go into the hub's settings in the My Sky app as you can see the SSID and passcode there and can edit them if you want. Sky often set replacement white hubs to match the unit thry are replacing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky use &amp;nbsp;letters like I &amp;amp; O as well as numbers like 1 &amp;amp; 0 which are easily confused so check you are reading your's correctly. Rebooting both devices and the hub can help to clear memory issues which can stop devices accepting the new password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
