To check run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line but it can take a while to get updated.</P>

I have tried the service checker which advises that everything is fine and service is good I have unplugged, reset and rebooted my router but I still cannot get back onto the internet. My device has the power and wifi light in green, voice is amber but no light for internet. I work from home so the internet is detrimental. Can someone please help? Based in West Midlands.
