WiFi shows Green but there is no internet. It's been good 20-25mins now. Please resolve it asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To check run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
