      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4693034"&gt;@Olu112&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when Sky dispatch replacement white Sky hubs they are often set to use the the SSID and password of the hub being replaced you can see the values by logging into the My Sky app and finding the hub's settings. You can ediit the values there if you want.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The black hubs are more difficult as you need the admin password to connect to the web interface. On either unit it is very easy to misread the password as Sky use the numbers 1 &amp;amp; 0 and the letters I &amp;amp; O which are easily confused.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you reset the hubs they will return to the values on the label. To do that on the black hubs hold innthe reset pin until the power led flashes which takes up,to 20 seconds. On the white hubs press and hold innthe WPS button until,the led flashes green which takes up,to 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
