However if you have a solid white light the hub is conected. There is an occasional fault where despite not being connected the Sky server does not pass data. In that case power down the hub for an hour which shoud get you a new connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my box shows solid white light but i have no internet - tried all trouble shooting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky live chat said there was an issue which was fixed - restarted it all again and still nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now telling me they have system issues there end!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
