Can't access any programs, downloaded or on TV guide, WiFi & broadband good so had to be sky - been going on for o St 15 mins now - what's happening & can you fix it urgently please

@Helene04 Please can you confirm which TV service this relates to? Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Strem?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

So you need to answer the question from @GD1 as to which SkybTV platform you subscribe to.
