&lt;P&gt;Was it this line test you ran:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi not connecting to internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a power cut last night and the WiFi is not not working. We have a slow flashing green light that then turns red then back to green. I've done the connection tester and that says it's all fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
