Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

According to the sky app everything is ok but when sitting near my hub and trying to watch a short video from facebook/tiktock etc it stops playing and then after a while starts again or my phone will go onto my phone network and then back onto WiFi my last Fibre supplier I had eerie routers and I never had a problem .

Hi I was told by someone that you've got to wait a week or two for the router to settle because I've just had it fitted... but my last supplier worked right away and no problem.. and when I was on sky max last time I had the problem even with 1 pod 😡 sky man on the phone said that it was all different equipment but it looks identical and the fibre hasn't made the WiFi any better.
