    <description>&lt;P&gt;To be fair i had MJ Quinn do mine at it was fine as it was nothing like that using tape as they made a neat job of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Optical Network Terminal attached to wall using adhesive tape</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently had Sky Broadband installed... an Openreach engineer came round and installed the white internal Optical Network Terminal box. Affixed to the wall using double sided adhesive tape!       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is unacceptable defientely complain to Openreach as tehy are responsible, they will then laise with the subcontractor to arrange a solution. I cant see any reason why they would have that that in this case except laziness, also the hole where the fibre cable comes in is too big.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;This isnt true actually, an Openreach subcontactor casued damage to my property during installation and whilst I have spoken to Sky and explained techincally Sky are they customer, I have a right to coplain myself, anyway I complained to Openreach directly and as a result the subcontactor has been liasing with me and as a result they are visiting tomorrow, you can make claims and compalints rirectly with Openreach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
